Site Project Engineer - Demolition

What we are looking for:

We are searching for an Experienced Site Project Engineer for a Full-Time Permanent role overseeing demolition projects across WA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Demolition Projects across WA.
• Pilbara focused projects with a mix of Perth metro work - must be prepared to travel based on a standard 2:1 roster.
• Review engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications to determine plant and equipment requirements.
• Assist with material take-offs and methodologies.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities (competent with MS Project).
• Ability to lead supervisors, operators, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support across all stages of project delivery.
• Capable in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage all project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritising effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide additional support when required.

Requirements – Please Read Carefully:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Civil).
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience (highly desirable).
• Background in Demolition, Deconstruction, Decommissioning projects.
• Calm, reliable, and resilient under pressure.
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
• High level of attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Skilled and competent across Microsoft Office Suite.
• Can pass regular drug and alcohol testing
