What we are looking for:
Experienced Mobilisation Coordinators/Site Admins for multiple different projects in Perth WA.
What the role involves:
- Liasing with Contractors and Permanent employees to ensure all workers are onboarded correctly
- Issuing inductions and processing candidate registrations with client systems/setting up profiles
- Booking flights and accomodation for those working FIFO
What you need:
To be considered for this role you must obtain/have the following:
- Previous experience in Admin and Mobilisation roles (preferably in the Construction/Mining industry)
- Familarisation with Microsoft Office Suite
- Great multitasking skills and the desire to learn as you go
- Reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
