What we are looking for:

Experienced Mobilisation Coordinators/Site Admins for multiple different projects in Perth WA.

What the role involves:

• Liasing with Contractors and Permanent employees to ensure all workers are onboarded correctly
• Issuing inductions and processing candidate registrations with client systems/setting up profiles
• Booking flights and accomodation for those working FIFO

What you need:

To be considered for this role you must obtain/have the following:

• Previous experience in Admin and Mobilisation roles (preferably in the Construction/Mining industry)
• Familarisation with Microsoft Office Suite
• Great multitasking skills and the desire to learn as you go
• Reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
