S26 Supervisor

FT Workforce is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment and Labour Hire business with headquarters in Perth, specialising in Construction, Mining, Civils, Rail and Trades Recruitment.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking experienced Section 26-holding Supervisors for various Civil Construction Projects around WA on a FIFO basis.

Responsibilities:

• Directing and supervising the day-to-day operations of earthworks or civils crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimise productivity and meet project timelines
• Monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations
• Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively.
• Assist in developing culture and team work within the business and upskilling others.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress, productivity and safety metrics

What you need:

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Demonstrated experience as an Earthworks or Civils Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry
• Section 26 accreditation
• Strong understanding of earthworks operations, including excavation, backfilling, compaction and drainage
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and work plans
• Commitment to prioritising workplace health and safety
• Must have Construction White Card
• Must have Drivers Licence
• HR and MC license highly regarded, and multiple plant tickets
• Experienced mobile plant operator is a must
