Civil Construction Workers

FT Workforce is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment and Labour Hire business with headquarters in Perth, specialising in Construction, Mining, Civils, Rail and Trades Recruitment.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking the following personnel to work on a new project in the Karratha/Dampier area, looking to start May 2026.

Positions:

• HSE Advisor
• Plant Operators (capable of operating IT, Excavator, Posi Track). Must have HR ticket too
• Pipelayers
• Labourers
• People with traffic management accreditations (BWTM etc)

We are happy to pay ABOVE MARKET RATES for experienced workers.

What you need:

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• White Card

• Drivers License and personal vehicle
• MSIC ticket
• Relevant operating tickets or nationally acreddited tickets for the position you wish to apply for
• Previous experience working in civils environment in Australia
• Can provide a clean National Police Clearance
• The right to work in Australia
• Can pass a pre employment medical
