Dozer Operators

FT Workforce is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment and Labour Hire business with headquarters in Perth, specialising in Construction, Mining, Civils, Rail and Trades Recruitment.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking experienced Dozer Operators for both Local and FIFO Projects based out of Perth WA.

- Local roles offer Penalties and Allowances

- FIFO roles offer Flat Rates with a 15% loading added on for any night shift work.

We are happy to pay ABOVE MARKET RATES for experienced candidates.

Candidates with experience doing any of the below are highly sought after:

• Experience operating Dozers ranging from D6-D11 on civils projects
• GPS use (Trimble, Topcon)
• Experience working near steep terrain and on roads

To be considered for this role you must obtain/have the following:

• White Card
• Valid Drivers license (HR or above is ideal but not essential)
• Reliable vehicle (to get to and from local projects, not essential for FIFO)
• Dozer operating ticket
• Previous experience operating Dozers in Australia
• PPE or willing to collect from our office in Morley WA.
• Able to pass regular drug and alcohol testing on site
